Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges?
Yes Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since, 'Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.
Can I order for COD (Cash On Delivery)?
No, we do not offer COD as all our garments are custom made. We require complete payment in advance in order to proceed.

How do I get my outfit altered if it needs any alteration after I receive my order?
We generally keep a 4" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However if anything comes up, we would be happy to assist you.
Should you need any further alterations after receiving your outfit, we will be open to assisting you however, we will not be liable to foot the shipping of your outfit back to us, should it need alterations. Any shipping or custom duty will have to be borne by the customer in the occasion that the outfit requires any alteration. We will be happy to alter it if need be if the product has not been worn, at no extra charge.
Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?
We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order. We do not offer any refunds.

What if there is some issue with my outfit on receipt since I am ordering across countries?
Every garment undergoes a painstaking quality check by our team prior to packaging and dispatch, following which the garment is shipped. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may be caused due to transportation once the parcel leaves our facility. As every garment is hand-made and every embroidery material hand-stitched, there may be a chance of minor repair needed to the embellishment material as the beads are delicate. However, this is likely to be a minor and easy to fix problem. We can guide you with how to repair the same virtually should this be a long distance. We can also send across extra beads on request if needed, and we often send across a mini repair kit with extra beads for delicate orders. Should you wish for us to repair the same at our studio in Mumbai, any customs or transport costs to and fro would have to be borne by the customer.
Does the product color look exactly the same as the image?
While the product we send you matches the color in the image exactly from our end, any discrepancy of color may be possible due to the bright lighting used during the photo shoot of the garment, or due to the difference in color modes & brightness of different screens/devices that are used to browse the website. We work with woven fabrics, and minor negligible discrepancies cause due to natural processes like weaving of the fabric or hand dyeing may be present, but not apparent.

Cancellations by the User
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount, however, a customer can redeem the amount transferred for some other outfit. Our styles are on a made to order basis & handcrafted individually for you. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.
The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the GST applicable. Shipping within India is free. Shipping outside of India is at INR 2500. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
